A single 0,33 L glass bottles of Diavolo's "Pale Ale" alcohol-free beer. ABV <0,5%.
The Customer must check the goods upon receipt. In the event of damage, they must send photographic evidence and an explanation to the Seller by email within 48 hours.
In the event of an error in the Customer's order, the products will not be taken back or refunded.
No replacements will be made for corked bottles.
If the Customer requests a refund for a specific order or amount on their payment method, processing the request may take up to 10 working days depending on the payment services used by the Customer.
Free shipping fees for orders over 200 CHF.
Delivery is only available in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. It is made to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order.
Products are delivered by Swiss Post or other carriers. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 6 working days. If a product is unavailable, the Customer will be informed.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery times are indicative. A delay does not entitle the Customer to cancellation or compensation.
The risks are transferred to the Customer when the goods are deposited. The Customer is responsible in the event of theft or damage. In case of doubt, it is recommended to opt for delivery with signature.
